This steady increase has enabled the company to make the decision to set up a purpose-built department. And in October 2018 our Cable assembly room was created. Since we built this area we have seen our lead times improve and efficiency increase.

Automation – 

CCS have invested in automation where it can be a benefit. Our first automated machines were a pair of Automatic wire stripping machines. This means that every single termination is stripped accurately and efficiently. We have also bought a Digital cutting machine allowing fast and consistent cable cutting. 

Quality assurance – 

Every cable assembly that we produce is always 100% electrically tested for any shorts, and visually inspected for any defects. We will never to the best of our knowledge let a faulty assembly out of production.
